How we handle your details

What we collect

What you send us through the form, by email or by phone: your name, organisation, contact details, where your site is, and details of your generator. When you send the form, Netlify also records your IP address and browser details with it and checks it for spam using Akismet.

Why

To reply to you about a pilot and, if you go ahead, to plan the pilot and write its report.

Who else sees it

If you ask about a pilot, we may give the manufacturer your generator's make, model and rating so it can confirm a retrofit suits it. We don't pass on your name or contact details without asking you first, and we don't sell your details to anyone.

Where it is kept

Form enquiries are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, on servers in the United States. Emails are kept in our email account.

This website

The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Netlify, which hosts it, and Google Fonts, which supplies its fonts, receive your browser's IP address when a page loads.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Ask us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, except records we must keep by law, such as quotes, invoices and tax records. Email matrix@msaart.online or call 0410 248 153.
